MMI 2024

The Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) interview format is designed to assess, through a series of timed questions and/or situations, candidates' ability to think on their feet, critically appraise information, communicate their ideas, and demonstrate the thought they've invested into important issues.

Attend one of our in-person preparation sessions which will be held this year in UCC210 on January 29, 30, 31 & February 1 from 6:30-9:30pm. These in person MMI prep sessions will provide you the opportunity to practice responding to ethical, behavioural, and situational questions in a timed manner while also allowing you to observe and assess other participants.

Past participants reported experiencing an increase in their knowledge of the MMI process, level of preparation for an MMI, and confidence in their ability to do well in an MMI assessment.

*PLEASE NOTE: Given the interest in such preparation sessions and the resources available to design & deliver each event, participation will be limited to one session per student. Please sign up for and plan to attend one of the four session dates noted - registration will be tracked each evening & participation in more than session will not be permitted to allow for the maximum number of students to gain benefit from the series of sessions being held this year.
